Integrations
Connect your tools from the Integrations page.
Connect your existing tools so the AI agent can work with the data you already have.
Overview
Integrations give the AI agent access to your organization's data in external services. Instead of uploading everything to the Reference Materials manually, you can connect your tools and the agent will search them directly.
To get started, visit Integrations in the sidebar, or ask the agent in chat — it can walk you through connecting.
Available Integrations
Google Drive
Access files, folders, Google Docs, and Google Sheets stored in your Google Drive. The agent can search for files, read documents, pull data from spreadsheets, and use everything as context when writing grants.
Great for organizations that store past applications, program reports, budgets, or tracking spreadsheets in Drive.
Note: When connecting Google Drive, your browser may show a security warning because GrantLoop is a newer application pending Google's official review. Click Advanced, then Proceed to continue. The integration works the same way — we're just waiting on the approval process.
SharePoint
Access files, lists, and documents stored in your organization's SharePoint site. The agent can search across your SharePoint, read documents, and pull data from lists.
Note: A SharePoint administrator at your organization will need to enable the integration before you can connect. If you run into issues, check with your IT team to make sure third-party app access is allowed.
Airtable
Connect your Airtable bases so the agent can read records and schemas. Useful for organizations that track grants, clients, or funder data in Airtable.
Fathom
Access your Fathom meeting recordings. The agent can read meeting summaries and transcripts — helpful for pulling context from client calls, funder meetings, or internal discussions.
Fireflies
Similar to Fathom — access your Fireflies meeting transcripts and summaries.
How the Agent Uses Integrations
Once connected, the agent can search your integrated services just like it searches your Reference Materials. You'll see actions like "Google Drive: Search Files" or "SharePoint: Read Document" appear in chat when it's accessing your connected tools.
You can also ask the agent directly:
- "Search my Google Drive for our most recent budget."
- "Look through our Airtable for any past applications to the Smith Foundation."
- "Check our Fathom transcripts for notes from last week's call with the program officer."
Tips
- Integrations + Memory = powerful workflows — Set up memories that tell the agent where to find things in your connected tools (e.g., "Our board list is in SharePoint under 'Common Attachments'")
- You don't always have to be specific — The agent is smart enough to search across your connected tools on its own when it needs information. But being specific helps when you know exactly where something lives
- Read-only for now — Integrations currently allow the agent to read and search your data. The ability to create and update records is coming soon
